Every 2 years, Saint Clair’s numbers fly-off on the tarmac! Each edition is a real challenge and our teams are proud to fight and beat new records thanks to their involvement and their passion.

The last one on the counter: 16,000 guests served in a single week at the 2019 show. Between culinary creations for an international clientele, bilingual service and floral decoration in private rooms, all of Saint Clair's know-how is deployed to a large-scale during few days.
